Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for SmartSeller. It is referenced by our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial first
You can explore SmartSeller and build your website, store and bot before paying. We encourage you to try the product during any trial or free period so you are confident before subscribing.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings.
- On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle; it then does not renew.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing cycle once it has started, since the service is available to you throughout that period.
- If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a billing mistake on our side), contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount.
- Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, via our payment partner.
4. Third-party charges
Charges levied directly by third parties — for example WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta, or domain registration fees — are governed by those providers and are not refundable by SmartSeller.
5. How to request a refund
Email smartseller.service@gmail.com from your registered email with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
